Okay tiny holes in the white duvet but I dint want to be bothered. No problems with fresh linen or towels. Very quiet. I didn't like house keeping entering my room when I had the do not disturb red light on. Lucky I was inside to stop her from continuing to enter. Hint make sure you use the safe box. Otherwise love the place will be back.
